1.Solar Panel De-dusting

At present, some photovoltaic power generation stations rely solely on natural actions such as rainfall and wind to remove the accumulated ash on panels. Some small photovoltaic power stations adopt manual cleaning methods, using mop, rubber scraper or soft cloth.

It is difficult to clean large and medium-sized photovoltaic power stations manually, so mechanical cleaning is generally adopted. One is High Pressure Water Gun Cleaning: the water is pressurized to form mixture of water and vapor, washing solar panels to be clean. Therefore, it is widely used in many photovoltaic power stations. There is also mechanical dust removal technology, using mechanized brush combined with automatic dust removal device for solar panels, and sweeping away the dust by mechanical force.

2. Avoiding Shadows

Before the construction of solar aluminium bracket, it is necessary to do a good job in the early stage of exploration, to determine whether there will be shelter by the existing buildings (planned buildings should also be expected), high-voltage line, railing and vegetation, and to find a way to eliminate the shelter or shift the installation location.

3. Avoiding Hot Spot Effect

In order to avoid hot spot effect, the construction project department need to do a good job of technical disclosure before construction and strengthen random inspection of project quality during construction. Only in this way can the impact of hot spot effent on life span of module be reduced.

Protection measures during module production section include: controlling the reverse current of battery, minimizing the impurities inside battery, adopting parallel diode protection, etc.

Protection measures for application include: adopting batteries (or components) with good performance consistency, trying to ensure that components are not blocked during installation, cleaning in time when there is dirt on them, etc., so as to maintain a good power output of the solar system.
