Antaisolar offer pile ground mounting solution for project in South korea

Recently, one project with 2MW capacity has finished the whole installation work, which is expected to generate over 2.5 million KWh per year, and reduce about 1,200 tons carbon dioxide emissions yearly. Antaisolar provided complete set of solar mounting solution for this project.

The project located on the slope, based on the site condition, Antaisolar provided double pile solar racking system, which could be adjustable in South-North direction. The solution makes the installation in terrain easier and greatly saves the labor cost.

The double pile solar racking system could be quickly installed even under complex terrain and slope conditions. It’s high flexible for the large range of adjustable installation angle and height, especially suitable for large scale ground project.

AS of 2017, solar power capacity installed in South Korea is about 5.7Gw in total. According to the words of the Korean Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy, the Korean government plans to increase the solar power capacity by five times by 2030, fundamentally transforms the energy into renewable energy, and creates an eco-friendly environment. Fasten Solar Explore Solar Industry in Southeast Asia

With the mature of solar technology and the improvement of power generation efficiency, the time has come for Southeast Asian countries to develop the solar industry. Fasten solar keep the step with world solar industry, actively attending the solar exhibition around Southeast Asia from last month.

The visiting team includes some leaders and team members, who all know well about the local market. They brought Fastensol brochures, samples and little gifts to meet some clients and hope to express our brands to others. Successfully, the trips received a good response and our members reach most of the targets.

Tile Roof Hook for Solar mounting System

Solar first supplies different roof solar mounting system for cement flat roof ,tin roof and tile roof. Among them, tile roof solar system is widely used in Europe,like Hungary, Belgium, France, Germany etc. Solar first engineers can choose suitable roof hooks model according to the porcelain tile type.

Solar first tile roof hook is made of stainless steel SUS304 material, with SGS test report and ISO:9001 certificate. They have adjustable and non-adjustable types, used to connect the aluminum rails to roof. According to clients requirement, solar first adopt wood carton box or wooden case for package.
