Following the first phase of roof solar plant put into operation by Antai(Antaisolar's head office) in May this year, the second phase of it was unveiled again at Antai factory(Your best metal roof mounting system manufacturer). The project ,with the installed capacity of 800 kilowatts, commenced on November 20, has nearly completed the panel installation work and is expected to connect to the grid next month. Antaisolar solar racking utilized for 1MW project in South Korea
Recently, Antaisolar provided pile ground solar racking for 1MW solar project in Chungnam, South Korea. For the project was installed on the slope(10 degrees), Antaisolar offered the pile driven system solution with the designed wind speed of 25m/s and snow load of 0.5kn/sqm according to local natural environment and construction condition. The project is nearly finished for the high installation efficiency of pile driven.
-The pile was 1.8 meters deep under the ground.

Optimal tilt of solar panels
To get the most from solar panels, you need to point them in the

More about aluminum extrusion materials
Aluminum comes in different alloys. A construction or structural alloy is an aluminum alloy designed for building structures, such as in the rails of a mounting system – examples of this type are 6005-T5 or 6106-T6.
Lower-grade aluminum like AL 6063 is most commonly used to build office partitions or window framing. It is not as strong, and you should be wary of a mounting system rail constructed using this material. There are different shop sign aluminum alloy application:
